Our Culinary Team is led by Executive Chef Pedro Garcia and Chef de Cuisine Raul Garcia. More creative, innovative, and bold than ever before, our nightly menus feature large format steaks (including a 58 oz. Cowboy Ribeye, 40 oz. Delmonico, and 50 oz. Porterhouse), sustainability-focused classic American dishes, and seasonal creations that are crafted with the utmost attention to detail. We continue to partner with farmers, ranchers, fishermen, bakers, and artisan cheesemakers that honor the best in local and regional ingredients. Our award-winning Wine Program is supported by a serve staff of ten sommeliers. With 10,000+ bottles, our Cellar represents wine growing regions across the globe, and a wines-by-the-glass program that perfectly complements our seasonally driven menu.

History

Established in 2011.

Over 53,000 square feet of dedicated restaurant, saloon and private event space, with three kitchens, comprises three venues under one roof. The Ranch is a long time dream and vision of Andrew Edwards, president and owner of Extron Electronics, a leading manufacturer of professional AV system integration products for over 32 years. The Ranch Restaurant features true American regional cuisine. We're cooking from scratch with the finest ingredients possible to capture the rustic style of wine country and the freshest flavors of the farm. We honor California's great ranches, farms and dairies, the artisan bread bakers and cheese and wine makers. Our seasonally driven menu showcases the freshest produce in season- as nature intended.
