Enjoy our hand crafted specialty coffees and craft cocktails and amazing Mimosas and one of the best Champagne list in California, Our Lunch and Dinner menu features Burgers, and Sandwiches, Wings, flat bread and some special diner items and Salads. We pride ourselves on utilizing local suppliers, featuring a great wine and champagne and sparkling wine. History

Established in 2013.

Early Toast was started to serve breakfast. Over the time it became the Mimosa House, starting with one Mimosa over the years it has continued to grow exspnading into 35 flavors total, adding a lunch and dinner menu and a number customer favorit items. We strive to continued improvement to what has now become the Mimosa House.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Lou Dedier understands better than anyone how strong the Sacramento community is. Lou along with his family strive to bring the community together through there joy of great service and good food. Lou Dedier has been a Business Entrepreneur every since he was a child operating several companies. He started working in the food industry at an early age, and loved it. It was always his dream to one day own a Restaurant. That dream became a reality with Early Toast The Mimosa House. He plans to expand his concept with the help and love of his family. With new mimosas, specials and new locations on the way, he leaves his customers anticipating what's next.
