If there was one word to define our cafe, it would be the word "family." Our restaurant has been family owned and operated for over 69 years and by four generations of the Gaitan family. Throughout the years, customers have become part of our family as well, as they and their children have returned again and again over the years, trusting in the consistent quality of our authentic family recipes. We serve variety of from our deluxe-style burritos to enchiladas like our grandmother prepared, all ready to be washed down with one of our specialty margaritas. Food is only as good as the family you share it with, and ours is pretty darn good.
