History

Established in 2016.

Taiyo in Japanese means "Sea". After years of restaurant managing in Hawaii, J. Taiyo Kim set out to establish his own for one purpose only: To deliver the best of ocean cuisine to the people living inland. The best place to start? The Inland Empire. Come enjoy our exquisite Sushi prepared by our finest chefs, or fill yourselves up with our heaping Poke Bowls. Come give us a try, and be exposed to the fantastic flavors of the sea; the very same that motivated Taiyo to deliver his past unto you.
