After about years of experimentation, Taichi has created more than 20 broths handcrafted from scratch only with the freshest ingredients. As of today, Taichi Shabu Shabu has become one of the best Hot Pot restaurants and got many media attention since 2014. Our broths have been voted the best by people, and the owner Taichi promised to deliver more broths as well as branching out in Peninsula & San Francisco in the near future. It all started with a dream to create an experience that is distinctive and beyond the heritage.  Steve Huang has always been passionate and fascinated opening a Shabu Shabu restaurant since years ago.  With absolutely no experience in food industry, Steve has succeeded opening Taichi Pot Shabu Shabu and made it one of the best within the category since 2014.By tasting different types of Nabe cuisines throughout countries in Asia, Steve has gained huge inspiration thus created over 20 different broths with hint of Japanese laced in Taichi Pot.
