About the Business

Specialties

Our name says it all. Galbi is our house specialty. Grilled to perfection over a charcoal fire. Enjoy the popular marinated version. Juicy and tender. We boast the best marinade in town. We use the highest quality Prime galbi available to us. Try the unmarinated version. Lightly dip in rock salt and pepper or the sauces we provide. The meat will melt in your mouth.

History

Established in 1986.

Soowon has been serving delicious house galbi for three decades. New ownership in May 2008 has instituted innovative changes. Our top priorities are service, taste, and cleanliness.
