About the Business

Specialties

solita Tacos & Margaritas is about everything that makes us happy: great Mexican food, dynamite margaritas, and Southern California's laid-back lifestyle.

History

Established in 2009.

Everything about solita - our design, our cocktail menu, our amazing food - is inspired by our travels in Baja and mainland Mexico. The real Mexico is a beautiful and sophisticated country with rich culinary and artistic history, vastly different regions and peoples, and a wealth of inspiration. We're committed to bringing this experience to you in a casual, friendly setting. If you want to know more, our executive chef has written six Mexican cookbooks that will help you explore our Mexico.
