About the Business

Specialties

Sol Agave serves up authentic Mexican cuisine to Mission Viejo and San Juan Capistrano, CA. The concept began as a 17-foot food truck in 2014 and we are proud to serve our guests contemporary and healthy Mexican dishes.

History

Established in 2014.

Upscale Mexican cuisine with out sacrificing the authenticity of the flavors!! In a nice ambiance restaurant is great for family, dates, or large parties. Boast a huge bar with great selections of beer, wine, tequilas. Or find us on the road with our gourmet food truck. Follow us at instragram “@solagave” to find out where we are. we are NOT your typical food truck (we like to think we are a restaurant on wheels)
