History

Established in 2013.

Seared was opened as a partnership between four local Petaluma residents who saw a need for a quality steakhouse in their town. Chef Joe O'Donnell has worked hard to find the finest quality of beef & seafood and pair it with locally grown produce to create an eclectic blend of flavors with farm to table ingredients. Being new, our history is not extensive and we are working hard to create one with which we will proudly be sharing for years to come!

Chef Joe O'Donnell brings to Seared, and to all of Petaluma, a unique and flavorful change to the average steak house.  His menu isn't as much a list of meals as it is a roadmap through artfully crafted experiences in dining.A graduate of the Cordon Bleu Culinary program in Scottsdale Arizona, While attending school, Chef Joe  opened and ran a kitchen in a popular sports bar and family restaurant which still uses his menu and recipes today.  He has also had the privilege to work at Eos in San Francisco and Sushi Ran in Sausalito which is where he became partial to adding an Asian influence into many of his creations.Chef Joe is working hard with his team of highly skilled chefs to create dishes utilizing all of the fresh, local ingredients we so fortunately have available to us in Sonoma County.  Come see what he has designed!
