Salt Creek Grille is proud to be a locally owned and operated restaurant. Greg Amsler opened Salt Creek Grille Valencia in 1999. At the very heart of Salt Creek Grille's philosophy is the spirit of giving back to the community and working hard to make the SCV the absolute best it can be. To this end, Salt Creek is very proud of its hard-earned reputation developed over the last 20+ years. We look forward to serving this wonderful community for many years to come.

Salt Creek Grille Valencia is owned by Greg & Chell A.  Greg, his wife Chell and their three children have lived in Santa Clarita for 23 years.  Salt Creek Grille is proud to be a locally owned and operated restaurant.  Greg Amsler opened Salt Creek Grille Valencia in 1999.  At the very heart of Salt Creek Grille's philosophy is the spirit of giving back to the community and working hard to make the SCV the absolute best it can be.  To this end, Salt Creek is very proud of its hard-earned reputation developed over the last 22+ years.
