With us you can find real slow-smoked barbecue, mouth-watering sauces and belly-rubbing desserts made from ma's recipes. We use premium quality meats that we slow smoke for hours. We use seasoned oak and an old fashioned smoker to impart that unique taste that our customers love. Our smoker uses 100% seasoned oak so that means no gas, no electricity and no BS- because you deserve better than that! We are a family owned business that operates on family values. We have quickly become a local favorite and our customers constantly say they have never had better barbecue. Real Smoked Barbecue using a traditional barbecue process using only 100% seasoned hardwoods. No Marinades, No Ovens, No Gas, No Par Boiling When you're eating breakfast, we're cooking dinner! We fire our smoker up at 5am every morning to put meat on the smoker and do our best to make sure you have something delicious to eat! We cant wait to see you stop in!
