What You Eat Matters to Us. It's very simple. We use all natural ingredients. ​Our meat is raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics ever. We don't use sodium nitrite or preservatives in any of our sausages. Our beef is grass fed. The lamb is free range. None of our animals have been raised in cages. We source our meats from reputable farms so we know how they've been raised. We use pork from Coleman Farms and our boar is truly wild.

History

Established in 2010.

Rosamunde started as a little shop on Haight Street in 1998 in San Francisco next door to Toronado - the famous beer bar on the forefront of California's craft beer revolution. The Mission street location expanded upon the Haight Street sausage menu and added its own craft beer bar, brunch, and a casual hangout for the neighborhood. By expanding its vegan sausage and sides options, Rosamunde is now a primary spot for people looking for a meatless casual meal.
