Hi. My name is Steve Gi. I have worked in the restaurant industry since I was kid.About 20 years ago, while traveling through Rio Grande do Sul(The BBQ state of Brazil), Brazil, I was introduced to Churrascaria (Traditional Brazilian BBQ Restaurant) and I immediately fell in love! Upon returning to the States, I wanted to share my love of Churrasco (Brazilian BBQ) with other friends and families which is why I opened Churrascaria Rei Do Gado, "The King of the Herd."
