Peter White and his family have been in the restaurant business since 1968, owning and operating the famous Hungry Tiger restaurants. After college in the 90's, Peter worked in a variety of different restaurants from fine dining, to pizza, to tacos. But tacos held his heart...Plancha is a mix of fun and fresh So Cal Mexican fare at a good price. Open everyday till midnight.
