We hand toss the dough. Our mozzarella is handmade using an authentic Italian curd. Our meat and vegetables are all freshly cooked right here. History

Established in 2011.

What started out as a mobile pizzeria catering small events has become a modern, newly designed, Italian brick-and-mortar pizzeria. Already thousands of pies have been served out of our fully wood-fired ovens (Vicenzo and Lucia), creating thousands of smiles and satisfied guests. Pizza 900 is an authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizzeria that can cook its pies in under 90 seconds. Our oven temperature gets to over 900 degrees which can enable us to cook our pizzas in less than two minutes.
