Owner Chris Reece is former member of Social Distortion, an internationally known  Orange County Rock band . He started his first restaurant on a lonely corner in Long Beach . He helped promote & develop the neighborhood into what is now known as  Retro-Row, an emerging district of wine bars & vintage shop, and Coffee Houses.He named the district and used his business Antique & Retro Shoppers Map to attract other new businesses & shoppers from around the region..
