History

Established in 1980.

Amazing as it may sound, Pedro's started out on a shoestring budget in the town of Los Gatos on November 29, 1972. A twelve-table restaurant which developed an immediate following, allowing two full expansions. Two years of planning were devoted to the second unit Santa Clara, which opened its doors in May 13, 1980. Pedro's Restaurant has been the result of hard work and devotion. We offer a varied and unique selection of authentic Mexican creations. Santa Clara Pedro's seats 325 people in the main floor. Upstairs four separate private rooms accommodate from two to fifty people, our Cantina and three patios are the perfect setting for our award winning margaritas. Rehearsal dinners, cocktail parties, class reunions, holiday get together, office gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries... the list goes on, whatever the occasion we at Pedro's are committed to providing you with an environment and level of service that will make your event a truly memorable one!

This upscale Mexican restaurant is unique, delicious, always entertaining, and competitively priced for our customers. I keep many things the same as the original founder because of how magical and delicious Pedro's has always been to me. My customers think the same and are taken back in time when they sit in the spacious dining areas and experience all that our hacienda setting has to offer!
