History

Established in 1985.

The Paris Bakery first started in 1985 by Jackie Jegat who originally called Le Montmartre. Prior to this venture, he had owned several bakeries in France before deciding to take the leap moving to the States in 1981. The Paris Bakery took off quick leading to Jackie to open a wholesale warehouse in Seaside, in 1986, which has been supplying fresh baked goods 365 days a year to Monterey Peninsula's well renowned restaurants, hotels, coffee houses, and delicatessens.
