About the Business

Specialties

The best pancakes made from fresh uncompromising ingredients served with exceptional hospitality.

History

Established in 1958.

The Original Pancake House was founded in Portland, Oregon in 1953 and is thriving there today. The Anaheim location was established in 1958 by Ray Birkland, their dairy delivery man, and his wife, Anita. Ray trained Adam Voll to have the unwaivering high standards of the Portland franchiser. In 2006, Adam purchased the business and still insists on uncompromising preparation of delicious breakfast and warm, friendly, attentive service - old school hospitality.
