Our goal is to serve only the very best foods. We offer a variety of cuisine, including breakfast served all day, sandwiches served with hot or cold meats, and daily lunch and dinner specials. Miltons has also brought back the Chicago Style Pizza made locally famous when our owners (Barry and Dave) started Chicago Bros Pizza several years ago. Along with excellent food choices, Milton's takes pride in our staff. We feel that you deserve a complete fine dining experience and our staff is a great addition to that experience. Milton's Deli is located in the Protea Flower Hill Mall in Del Mar (Via De La Valle exit, east of I-5). We look forward to seeing you soon.

History

Established in 1995.

Your host's Barry Robbins and David Levy, welcome you. Many of you knew us from Chicago Brothers (the restaurant and frozen food company we founded). What you didn't know is that we were guided by a strong and principled man, Davids father, Milton. Milton Levy inspired us to be the best we could be, in business and in life. He taught us to set high standards and strive for new levels of excellence and never to be satisfied unless our customers were. One day Milton stopped offering suggestions and advice. When Barry inquired why, he simply stated, "you're finally doing things right." We hope you'll agree. We will never forget all that he has taught us. This one's for you Milt.
