Mian - A new noodle brand established by Chengdu Taste, a famous Sichuan restaurant based in LA and expanded to other cites. Mian was selected into Jonathan Gold 101 best restaurant, ranking 59 and its Chengdu Zajiang Noodle was selected into 10 best dishes of 2016 by LA Times, ranking Top 1.
