About the Business

Specialties

Buon Appetito! We have been 18 years in the making, and with our homemade dishes, Italian staff members, and one of the best locations near the beach in Encinitas, our staff is pleased to offer an authentic Italian dining experience. Check out our menu and specialties. A presto!

History

Established in 2020.

We are Maurizio's Trattoria Italiana, created in March of 2020 and ran by three Italian natives (Maurizio Carbone, Fabio Montagna and Antonio Pappagallo). With Chef Antonio's culinary expertise and Fabio's and Maurizio's extensive hospitality experience, the trio partnered to come up with a completely new concept - bringing about new authentic Italian dishes, a modern ambiance, and a fun atmosphere for families and friends to enjoy, while remaining firm in their mission: to provide a dining experience filled with love and passion. Con Amore!
