We are a Baja Style Ceviche Bar.. bringing  you the Freshness, Flavors, and cooking techniques from Baja California, Mex. Growing up 1.5 hrs from Baja gave me an escape from the daily grind. Tasting the flavors and amazing freshness made me want to have something here locally for everyone to experience. So “Baja Style Ceviche Bar” was born. So glad we can bring a little part of baja to all of you. Thank you .. God Bless
