Manchego survived the pandemic and we are now open to dine-in, space is very limited so please call for reservation or use open table. Manchego is a cozy Spanish wine and tapas bar with outdoor seating on the patio. Our menu features Spanish cheeses and meats with plenty of vegetarian options with a mediterranean influence. With seasonal changes, our menu boasts fresh ingredients every time. Our wine collection consisting mostly of unique, small production Spanish wines. We also offer house-made red and white sangria with fresh seasonals fruit. Whether you're out celebrating a special occasion or want to enjoy just because, Manchego is the place to go. Welcome!

History

Established in 2007.

Manchego is a neighborhood restaurant open in early 2007 in lovely santa monica. We serve a menu of fresh baked bread, farmers-market inspired salads and small plates in a very intimate and warm environment just like how our families did for decades in spain. The restauarnt is playground for the richest possible flavors. For those looking to satisfy a sweet tooth, there are always exciting new offerings. we offer an extrodinary Spanish wine selection. The wine list is focused on small production bottlings made by winemakers and brewers in spain who we love and trust. You will also find special Spanish dishes like Paella , tortilla espanola and all organic chicken catalana with chablis soaked raisins. our wine list changes regularly and is focused on food friendly wines with enough character to properly compliment the menu.
