Meticulously prepared dishes to delight your love for Midwestern steak and your passion for New Mexican Flare. From the Santa Fe Flat Iron with roasted green chilli's to the genuine pulled pork burritos you won't find anywhere else. Everything is prepared from scratch, right down to the dressings. Our wine selection is great. At Maderas we cook, our seared green beans are amazing and our mashed sweet potatoes will take you back to grandma's table. Our pastry chef makes the best New York Cheese Cake. Live music Friday and Saturday and Happy Hour in the bar; Monday-Thursday from 3-6 and Monday Margaritas all day.

History

Established in 2007.

Business started by Arturo and Isabel Garcia. Menu created and develop by me and my General Manager and Chef Santiago Magadan. I have been in the business owning and operating restaurants for 29 years, from Italian to New Mexican and my Diner in Long Beach. We love what we do. Our cooks love to cook and we do everything from scratch soups everyday in the morning, dressings, bbq sauces and all of our desserts. My servers and bartenders love and appreciate our customers also my hostesses receive you with a bright smile. My busboys do an awesome job with our guests and servers, I appreciate your business. Our steak is Prime and all from the Midwest. Our ribs do fall of the bone and our chiles are special order from Hatch New Mexico. Our special lunch menu is $9.00 and dinner special menu is $15.00 we make the best chilaquiles you have ever had $7.00 for breakfast served from 11 am-2 p.m. everyday. Arturo Garcia

Born in Torrance, CA lived in San Pedro, CA moved to Mexico City from 1st Grade to High school. Study Hotel and Restaurant attended Long Beach City and Long Beach State. Was married for 31 years have two precious daughters and both continue to work at Dales Diner I owned for 17 years was sold two years ago. Owned Parrots (Pizza and Pasta) on Broadway, Santa Fe Station in Lakewood. Restaurants are in my blood you can see a picture of my grand fathers restaurant under the TV back from the early 50's until the early 60's Gonzales on Long Beach Blvd. I am a Christian, love the Lord, love my Country and support our Military. Love my church Sea Coast Grace. Love my employees and I am grateful.
