Chef Lusy Gradzhyan shares family recipes for authentic Mediterranean food with patrons who savored taste and quality. Every day, we focus on creating healthy, freshly-prepared cuisine, never sourcing ingredients from pre-made sauces, packaged foods or canned ingredients. We select fresh vegetables, meats and seasonings. The recipes were taught to Chef Lusy by her grandmother when she lived in Armenia and have been passed down through generations of her family with Syrian, Lebanese, and Mediterranean influences. Staying true to her grandmother's belief that every dish requires equal parts culinary skill and love, Chef Lusy personally prepares these dishes or oversees the dedicated kitchen staff she has trained. At Lusy's, we believe if you come once, you are a friend. Come twice and you're family.

History

Established in 2006.

We have two locations - one in Valley Glen at Woodman and Victory and one in Encino on Ventura Boulevard near Woodley. Our restaurants serve a variety of fresh and delicious Mediterranean cuisine. From an array of salads and appetizers to grilled beef and chicken kebabs, beef and chicken shawarma, tasty gyros, and homemade soups, our dishes can satisfy any craving.

Known for her warm hospitality as well as her remarkable cooking, Lusy will tell you she learned her recipes and kitchen secrets from her grandmother. As both a business owner and award-winning chef, she oversees the daily purchase and preparation of the finest and freshest ingredients. She believes every dish is equal parts culinary skill and love and hopes this delicious balance comes through each of your meals at Lusy's.
