History

Established in 2013.

Renzo & Crystal were honeymooning in Tiburon and came across the vacant restaurant on a romantic stroll on Main St. They put a lot of love into renovations to enhance the beautiful spot. Renzo has been a restauranteur for over 20 years and his new wife Crystal is happy to assist with the front of house. The name Luna Blu means blue moon in Italian, it relates to their honeymoon and also to something special and rare 'once in a blue moon.' We hope to create many more happy and special memories here!

I am in the restaurant industry as a result of marrying Renzo Azzarello (our executive chef).  I would never see him if we didn't work together!I have had a varied background, including being an automotive design engineer, working with naughty kids in education, project worker in a women's refuge, listening volunteer for a crisis helpline, Virgin Atlantic flight attendant, personal trainer and nutritional consultant, massage therapist and holistic healer.  All great skills to enable me to be a restauranteur.  Renzo my husband and I really enjoy being a part of Tiburon's great community.
