Established in 2008.

We are the 1st Loving Hut to open in America. We chose Silicon Valley as our opening act as this is a forward thinking growing community that craves for good, sustainable and healthy food. We prepared dishes that are prepared free of animal ingredients (vegan) in an effort to reduce our environmental impact. We also use organic, Non-GMO ingredients to help protect your health and our ecosystem. Now, Loving Hut Restaurants are the fastest growing International vegan food chain in the world. There are currently over 40 branches in the United States. There are also over 200 Loving Huts located in major cities all over the world ensuring you have access to vegan cuisine where ever you are. Our mission is to make the plant-based food available to as many people as possible to promote a healthy, green and compassionate life style.  The company is currently operating Loving Hut Milpitas, Loving Hut Valley Fair and Loving Hut Great Mall.C.J. is the co-founder of this company and General Manager of Loving Hut Milpitas. With a Ph.D degree in Science and Engineering, C.J. had a very successful scientific career in Silicon Valley until he became a compassionate vegan in 2011.  Since then, C.J. has devoted himself to transform the typical American diet to a plant-based one. With his exceptional talent in culinary skills and Asian cuisine, he worked with more than 10 professional chefs and successfully converted many classic Asian dishes to innovative vegan dishes at Loving Hut Milpitas, which has voted as the best vegerarian/vegan restaurant by Milpitas Post every year since 2013.
