The legend of Loco Charlie begins as all good legends do: with a quest for the perfect burrito. Seeing a need for authentic Mexican food in his community, Charlie Cowser set out to satisfy the cravings of his burrito brethren with an oasis for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It didn't take long for Loco Charlie's Mexican Grill to become a staple in Palm Springs, but that's not where this story ends. In fact, the legend of Loco Charlie has only just begun.
