Established in 2013.

We opened our first location, Lobster West Encinitas, in July of 2013 and our second location in Coronado in June of 2016.

Business Owner

With a knack for making everyone feel like family, Kim is the heart of Lobster West and is here to make sure customers fall in love with lobster rolls just as much as she did while growing up in New Jersey. Even today, it is her family's tradition to serve Maine lobster on holidays. Having spent time in New York City as an advertising executive, she moved to Encinitas more than six years ago with her family and quickly adapted to the SoCal lifestyle.  She is passionate about making sure that every customer's experience at Lobster West is positive, memorable and one-of-a-kind.  Kim can turn any awkward situation into a happy one - we dare you to try and rattle her!
