Leatherby's Family Creamery

About the Business

Specialties

Celebrated year after year for dishing up the best ice cream in town, Leatherby's now has three locations in the Greater Sacramento area to serve you: Sacramento Arden Way, Citrus Heights and our newest location in Elk Grove. Leatherby's Family Creamery harks back to a simpler time of cheerful service, generous portions and tasty homemade eats - all made onsite, using cherished family recipes and the finest natural ingredients. We offer homemade ice cream and sauces... building huge and delicious sundaes that are sure to WOW you! We also sell milk shakes, banana splits, burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads and more. Leatherby's has been voted the Best Ice Cream, Best Dessert Shop, Best Place to Take Children and Best Place to Host A Party over and over again by Best of Sacramento Magazine, Best of Elk Grove, KCRA-A List and other local best of contests. It's no wonder Leatherby's is considered a sweet and family-friendly institution, with 30 years of service to our Sacramento customers and three generations of Leatherbys behind the counter. Our guests stop in as much for the hospitality as for the mouthwatering creations we serve, and for our deep commitment to community service. Thank you for your patronage. We are delighted to have the opportunity to serve you!
