We take pride in the fact that we truly have something for everyone. With two stories, you can enjoy our exquisite dining areas located upstairs which are designed to maintain the integrity of the original house. Or, you can enjoy our beautiful wood stained bar and outdoor areas for a more casual experience. Think Global, Eat Local. Serving fresh, seasonal ingredients infused with an eclectic global flare is our menu's mission. Where it can be enjoyed by everyone in a relaxed & casual atmosphere at affordable prices. As a result of our efforts, Kupros has received acclaim both in the Sacramento community, & by national organizations. Most recently we were recognized by the Midtown Neighborhood Association for "Outstanding commitment to our midtown neighbors", which is exactly what we strive to be. A good neighbor who loves making where we live, work and play a better experience for everyone.

History

Established in 2010.

Our Building : Originally built in 1910, this beautiful Craftsman structure formerly housed the famous "Cheap Thrills" costume shop. This building was purchased in 2002 by CEO Stephen Tokuhama. Over the next 10 years Stephen dedicated himself to preserving the unique charm of the Midtown Sacramento area. Kupros Bistro finally became a reality in 2012, which coincidentially coincides with the 100th birthday of this unique structure, now Re-Purposed into Kupros Bistro!
