Onion volcanoes, squash and broccoli are cooked fresh and perfectly to your liking. Our Black Grade Kobe-style beef comes fresh from Snake River Farms, a cross-breed of Japanese cattle and American certified Angus cattle known as Wagyu. And our seafood? Air-shipped every week straight from Japan -- it's as authentic as you can get. As if that were not enough, experienced sushi chefs await your order to pop fresh imported oysters from Japan and prepare mind-blowing sushi creations upon request. And folks, it doesn't stop there. Our origins are simple: We love Japanese food and the teppanyaki experience. When we opened, we had a dream to provide the true Japanese dining experience with the highest-quality ingredients and service possible. From the beginning, we wanted to use only the most skilled, experienced chefs and culinary artists, and it has helped us gain a reputation as the best teppanyaki experience in the area.
