All-American greatness abounds at Kirk's Steakburgers, a Silicon Valley tradition stretching all the way back to 1948. While much has changed over the years, Kirk's remains a constant -- a place to kick back and enjoy a meal with family and colleagues. If you can't grab a seat in the cozy dining room, head outdoors and soak in some of the beautiful Campbell weather on the patio. You can grab something to go too, because at Kirk's, it's all about the food. Each and every burger coming out of the kitchen is cooked over real charcoal, imparting fantastic flavor that is hard to top. Of course, it's prepared just the way you like, even if rare is your go-to meat setting. After you select a size and cooked-to preference, the fun really begins as you choose from a multitude of condiments and upgrades, allowing you to build your burger in thousands of different ways. These world-class burgers also come in signature creations like the avocado bacon, mushroom Swiss, and the sriracha pineapple. Throw in a bunch of equally tasty fries and sides, a few frankfurters, and sandwiches like the flat iron steak or Maui BBQ chicken, and there's no chance you're leaving Kirk's hungry. You can always enjoy a draft beer or glass of wine, but the shakes and malts are hard to pass up, especially with flavors like toffee, butter rum, banana and mocha.

History

Established in 1948.

The original owners Bill and Kirk Sincere opened there first location in Palo Alto Ca in 1948. The second location in Campbell Ca in 1951 and the third shortly after in Cupertino Ca. They came up with a special blend of meat patties and charbroiled them over coal. There signature pineapple burger was a big success and still a top seller. The meat is purchased from the same vendor,same specifications and its ground and delivered fresh every day.

The landmark restaurant was purchased October of 2023 and is now owned and operated by Maurice Carrubba. They are the fourth owners in 66 years of the famous Kirks Steak Burgers Restaurant. The Carrubba Family intend to uphold and continue the quality and service. They are longtime bay area restaurant owners who have specialized in taking over Legacy Bay area restaurants such as The Grandview Steakhouse, La Foret, and Osteria Toscana. The burgers and special blend of meat will still be charbroiled over coal exactly like it has for the last 66 years just like Bill and Kirk did since 1948.
