Established in 2015.

Owners, Nick Rothman and Paula Thompson, began their partnership in 2015. In HOGWASH, they have furthered their passion for delighting guests with exceptional products and warm hospitality. HOGWASH is a modern California gastropub serving the most delicious house-made sausages and pickles, expertly paired with 30 of the world's finest craft beers on tap. The HOGWASH experience offers a unique, playful variation of the traditional beer hall, welcoming guests with inspired design and exceptional food, all the while maintaining a warm, laid back atmosphere.

Business Owner

Owners, Nick Rothman and Paula Thompson, joined forces in 2010 and, in HOGWASH, have furthered their passion for hospitality and creating experiences that simply make people happy. Nick has owned Zeki's Bar on Nob Hill since 2005 and has developed it into one of Nob Hill's most beloved gathering places. Paula has more than 10 years experience in the San Francisco hospitality industry, having worked in some of city's most acclaimed restaurants.
