Heritage Eats was founded in Napa Valley by the Koenig Family in 2015. The concept grew from a desire to understand the everyday food habits of different cultures around the world. In 2014, Ben Koenig spent the year traveling around Southeast Asia, India, Israel, Egypt, and beyond in search of daily life food staples. His findings were brought to the Napa Valley in the interest of being a family-friendly, community-minded business.Each day, the Heritage Eats Team is dedicated to bringing you fresh and flavorful meals using global spices and warm hospitality.Thank you for exploring with us, we can't wait to serve you!Love,Ben & Ali

"Slow Meats Fast" at Heritage Eats, a globally-influenced, locally-sourced, and California-born 'fast-fine' dining destination from founder Ben Koenig. The new Napa restaurant concept offers locals and visitors alike the chance to enjoy interesting, elevated yet approachable cuisine at an accessible price point.

Business Owner

As Founder of Heritage Eats, Ben is committed to incorporating global inspirations and philanthropy into all aspects of business. An avid traveler, in 2014 he spent considerable time backpacking through the Middle East and Asia - an experience that helped inspire the Heritage Eats brand. Prior to forging a career in hospitality, Koenig worked at Goldman Sachs in New York City. A native of New Jersey, Koenig graduated with a degree in Economics from New York University.
