Their dishes are inspired by Executive Chef Michele Cremonese and his family recipes which highlight local and seasonal ingredients. This family owned restaurant offers a full service bar featuring Italian and California wines, specialty cocktails and craft beer. A visit is truly not complete without ordering one of the of the fresh pasta dishes or incredible pizzas. Place the Linguine Carbonara at the top of your list, for the sheer fact that the pasta is tossed tableside with fresh organic egg yolk and parmigiano. And your meal would not be complete without starting off with the Crispy Calamari. History

Established in 2015.

With a history of authentic Italian cuisine, we opened Gusto on Fremont Street in Seaside. Open five days a week for lunch and dinner. Great location with Plenty of parking. 'Gusto Mobile Kitchen' / 'Food Truck' for off site catering is coming in June 2021!
