Gram is an all-day-brunch café serving savory and sweet pancake dishes, French Toast, and smoothies. Gram also offers savory rice and spaghetti plates, along with bento boxes, served with our signature Japanese Curry. The bar at Gram serves California wines and Japanese beers & sake. Lattes and other espresso drinks are made with coffee beans from a popular San Francisco coffee roaster, Sightglass. **Dine-in seating is closed ONE hour before the mall closes.

History

Established in 2014.

Gram was founded in December 2014 by Takeshi Takata in Osaka, Japan. In less than five years, Gram has opened over 60 outlets all over Japan, Thailand and Hong Kong, with additional cafes opening in Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and Canada. Gram San Francisco is the first outpost in the United States. The premium soufflé pancakes are Gram's signature dish. The premium pancakes are fluffy and light which could be a delicate choice for brunch. The process of making the premium pancakes requires extra time and attention to detail, taking an average of 30 minutes to prepare. The premium pancakes are now served all-day, with the Premium Original 3-stack as a dine-in exclusive. Gram San Francisco is set to open in the Spring of 2019 inside Stonestown Galleria Mall - Main Level, in San Francisco, California.
