ID POLICY - The State of California is very specific with establishments on what is and is not a valid form of ID for the consumption of alcoholic beverages. The ID must be a valid and current state issued Driver's License, Identification Card or a federally issued Military ID or Passport in good condition. All forms of ID must include a physical description along with expiration date, date of birth and issuing authority. We conform directly to these state guidelines as to not run afoul of the law and to ensure we are not enabling the consumption of alcoholic beverages by underage drinkers.

History

Established in 2011.

Golden Road was founded in 2011 by beer enthusiasts Meg Gill & Tony Yanow who met with a similar vision of bringing local craft beer to the market in the most sustainable way possible. At the time, Meg became the youngest female brewery owner in the world and the brewery saw much success by creating a uniquely entrepreneurial, creative, and fast-paced culture of beer lovers. Meg still runs the brewery and if you can catch her, grab her a hoppy canned beer and a bar stool to hear more about GRB's vision for bringing delicious, environmentally friendly beers - and the California lifestyle that comes with it - to more fans in SoCal."
