We strive for a healthier lifestyle. As a meatless and dairy free establishment, we use only fresh fruits and vegetables to create refreshing and satisfying vegan dishes. Each of our ramen contains more than 20 bold natural ingredients! We only use the freshest produce like: garlic, ginger, onions, leek, date, broccoli, baby bok choy, jicama, kale, carrot, kabocha, pineapple, apple, tomato, bean sprout, cabbage, black bean, tofu...we don't use any canned or frozen items. We offer organic ingredients whenever possible, including non-GMO oil. Come in and try it! We'll provide a homemade flavorful meal!

History

Established in 2016.

Gokoku Vegetarian ramen started in the winter of 2016. As a family-owned restaurant, we pride ourself as being a family with all our costumers. We aim to provide comfort in each bowl of ramen that we serve.
