GASOLINA is a lively Spanish Cafe, Market and Natural Wine Shop serving seasonal breakfast, brunch and lunch. We serve Laidrey coffee, have Spanish natural wines, snacks and tinned fish to stay or to go. "Paella Nights" are every third Friday and Saturday of the month. History

Established in 2015.

Created by Chef Sandra Cordero, Gasolina Cafe is a platform committed providing exceptionally executed fare for those looking to fuel their day. Gasolina Cafe is more than just a physical space where you can get your belly fed, or your thirst quenched... for us, it's an extension of a lifestyle as much as anything. In other words, we're simply looking to be the best at what we do, have a damn good time doing it, and grow our merry band of friends along the way. Whether it be building a plate, pulling a shot, or twisting the grip, our hope is to always bring a bit of the good fuel to your day. ENJOY!

Business Owner

Having earned her stripes under some of the most well respected chefs in Los Angeles and carrying with her and unapologetic love for local farmers and their produce, chef Sandra Cordero brings a ton of flavor and a focussed passion to every dish she creates. Half Dutch, half Spanish, and raised between the always exciting city center of Amsterdam and the rural, closely knit villages of the Galicia region in Spain, she consistently puts the story of who she is onto each plate. She's the proud executive chef & owner of Gasolina Cafe located in Woodland Hills and Xuntos in Santa Monica.
