The daughter of two entrepreneurialimmigrant parents, Gabbi is nonewcomer to the restaurant business.By the age of seventeen, she wasalready managing two of her parents'Los Angeles restaurants and wasapprenticed as a sous chef. She wenton to receive her culinary degree atUCLA and continued her studiesin sauces, salsas and stocks at theprestigious Greystone CulinaryAcademy in Napa Valley.Gabbi became an entrepreneur herselfin the year 2002 with the opening ofher own successful catering company.Four years later, this business conceptled to development and opening ofGabbi's Mexican Kitchen in Orange.
