Sam has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, and is currently the third owner at the helm of Fitzpatrick's Tavern. Crafting classic comfort food dishes and traditional, upscale Irish fare, he hopes to keep Fitzpatrick's as Solvang's friendly neighborhood pub for years to come.
