Falafel is a centuries old Middle-Eastern street food. However unlike its modern counterparts, Falafel is consider to be highly nutritious with high-quality protein, complex carbohydrates, and soluble fiber, which has been shown to be effective at lowering blood cholesterol. We at Falafel Stop believe that great foods require great ingredients and that great service creates a great experience for customers. The freshness and quality of our ingredients, coupled with our traditional methods for preparing and serving Falafel, will offer our customers a unique, memorable experience.
