History

Established in 2006.

When my mom wanted to open a business, we first thought about opening a Subway chain. But we realized that we wanted to feed our community authentic food from our hometown in Ethiopia. My great grandmother was born in Enssaro and passed down family recipes that we use today to serve the Bay Area community.
