About the Business

History

Established in 2010.

We started small and want to stay that way. No pretentious menu items, no obscene pricing, no franchising, no forgetting about what got us here. We will only succeed with our food and our customers.

Business Owner

My background was originally in IT. I spent the majority of my career at Fortune 100 companies and always had a strong interest in food, wine and cooking. When the opportunity arose to transition into the food business, I entered in with nervous excitement. Having spent so much of the last several years in Thailand, namely Ekkamai in Bangkok, I named the restaurant after my favorite area. I've traveled throughout the country, always exploring local foods and culture. Our food style is traditional, we use handed down recipes and tried cooking techniques. We do make adjustments to make our food better than our competition but we never use MSG or compromise with our ingredients. There are so many things that make our restaurant and food unique and we hope you enjoy the differences that set us apart. Our goal is to delight you with our food and offer a compelling value. Unlike traditional family run restaurants, we strive to make our business well managed.
