Our family immigrated from The Netherlands to Fresno in 1957, Mom and Dad brought with them nine children, the family had lots of mouths to feed. That is one reason why we are in the restaurant business! Mom and Dad taught us the values of a strong work ethic and the will to succeed as we helped to support the family. We started in the restaurant business in 1964 in the Yosemite Valley, then moved here to the coast in 1968. Our Family has been part of the local restaurant scene for many years. Our goal is to provide you with friendly service and quality home cooked meals in a relaxing family friendly atmosphere, we strive to treat every guest of Dutchman'sSeafood House as part of our family.

Business Owner

Paul has been in the restaurant industry nearly his whole life. His family, including eight brothers and sisters, emigrated from the Netherlands to Fresno in 1957. With so many mouths to feed, the family began working in the restaurant business. This taught Paul the values of a strong work ethic and the will to succeed as he helped to support his family. His family moved to Yosemite Valley in 1964, and then to Morro Bay in 1968, where Paul has lived ever since. His family has been part of the local restaurant scene for many years.Paul enjoys being able to serve the public at Dutchman's Seafood House, where friendly service and quality home cooked meals are the driving force of the business. Paul hopes to provide you such a positive experience that you'll remember to return to Dutchman's Seafood House when you're in need of a great meal.
