History

Established in 2010.

The meaning of dim sum literally translates to "touch the heart." Similar to French Hors D'oeuvres and Spanish Tapas, Dim Sum is the Chinese version of small bites. Traditionally eaten for breakfast and lunch at tea houses, families gather on the weekends to catch up with one another, feasting over an array of choices and flavours. Dim Sum King is your go-to spot for authentic Chinese Dim Sum in Sunnyvale.

Boey J.

Manager

I have been working at Dim Sum King (DSK) for 10 years, starting in high school and continuing until I graduated from San Jose State University. DSK has become a second home to me, and I have always loved working here. After completing my education, I pursued a career in accounting and taxation and eventually opened my own accounting firm. Since March 2023, I have taken over DSK and am now running it alongside my sister. Together, we are determined to work hard, manage effectively, and continuously improve DSK. Our commitment remains to provide our customers with delicious dim sum and Chinese stir fry entrees.
