History

Established in 2009.

2009 We started as a small To-Go Caribbean/ Creole spot in Redlands Ca. A customer tasted his food before walking out and decided he can’t wait. He grab a display chair and devour his fish. The word got out and Westways magazine showed up and did an article on our offerings. We now occupy a space with 2 dining rooms and minimalist ambience.
