We are the first creperie in Uptown Whittier and, from the first day that we opened our doors, we’ve cared about our community and have been a part of unique opportunities to make an impact in various ways. We’re here to serve an experience of comfort and community.

History

Established in 2004.

Always Changing, Always New, Always Uptown Crepes and Grapes Café is celebrating 16 years in historic Uptown Whittier, and would like to thank the community for welcoming them with open arms. In the beginning owners Sandra and Frank Hahn had a vision to create a unique dining experience giving patrons a passport to European flavors focusing on the specialty of sweet & savory Crepes. With a plethora of choices of Crepes, Panini, Fresh Salads and always introducing flavorful dishes. Breakfast has it's bistro approach with fresh bread baking and gearing the day with special daily soups. The family friendly old world atmosphere is evident and customer satisfaction is paramount. We have a great selection of wines & beers.

Business Owner

Sandra is very active in the Art communities of Whittier, Santa Fe Springs, and Los Angeles and brings artists together to connect through exhibits and various art events. She chaired and co-chaired numerous committees in various city organizations and has also been a member of Soroptimist International, a volunteer organization that works to improve the lives of women and girls in local communities and throughout the world, for 10 years. Through the past 25 years, she has received numerous awards and recognitions for her outstanding community achievements in leadership roles and start-up programs. As an entrepreneur by nature, her love of community, art, connection, food, expression, and music fuse as one through Crêpes & Grapes Café that is relentlessly being refined.
